Here lies the body of Saml. Barry Esq. who depd. this life ye 29th of May 1746 aged 27. Here also lies the body of Saml. his eldest son who depd. this life ye 22nd April 1774 aged 33. This stone is placed here to their memory by the disconsolate widow & afflicted mother Mary Barry who lives in assured hope of beholding them again on that glorious day when their bodies tho' now decay'd shall be cloathed with ? imortality.
