Erected by Nancy Spain Whitehall in memory of her beloved husband John Spain who departed this life January 6th 1832 aged 33 years. Also for their children: William, Cornelius, & Michael Spain. In loving memory of John Joseph Spain Whitehall died 12th Dec 1969 aged 18 years. His father Michael Spain died 25th Oct 1977 aged 71 years.
