Erected by Michael & Martin Spain of Ringroe in memory of their loving parents Wm. Spain who died 13th Febry 1888 aged 50 years. And Ellen Spain who died 17th Novr 1886 aged 47 yrs. Also their brother Cornelius Spain died 13th July 1888 aged 6 yrs. Also the above Martin Spain died 8th April 1927 aged 63 yrs. His wife Norah died 6th April 1945. Their son Patrick died 20-- and daughter Kathleen died 7th April 1950. Mai O'Donovan died 15th Feb 1976.
