In loving memory of Charles Spain, son of Rody Spain of Nenagh, who died January 28th 1908 at 9 Woodstock Gardens, Dublin, aged 74 years. And of Margaret (Birmingham) his wife who died February 13th 1919 at Ballyclough House, Mallow aged 64 years. Also of Rody son of Charles Spain who died September 23rd 1891 at Nenagh aged 26 years. Also of the following children of the above Charles and Margaret Spain: Julia, Mary, John, Joseph, and Katherine Mary infants. Michael Joseph Patrick who died in Australia April 16th 1915, and is buried in Springvale Cemetery, Melbourne. Erected by the affectionate daughters of Charles & Margaret Spain and by Charles affectionate son of Charles and Stepson of Margaret Spain.
