Erected by Mary Slattery of Coolbawn in the parish of Kilbarron, in memory of her husband Joseph Slattery who departed this life on the 28th of December 1852 and of his father Mathew Slattery who departed this life -- May 1839 and of his mother Sally Slattery who departed this life in May 1820 and of his brother Patrick Slattery who departed this life in February 1836.
