Kilboy Graveyard
The old graveyard at Kilboy, in the civil parish of Dolla, Barony of Upper Ormond, Co. Tipperary — set in the grounds of Kilboy House, the former demesne of the Prittie family, Barons Dunalley, several of whom are buried here. It surrounds the ruins of a 15th-century church.

About this graveyard
This graveyard lies in the civil parish of Dolla in Upper Ormond, within the grounds of Kilboy House — the former demesne of the Prittie family, Barons Dunalley, several of whom are buried here. It contains the ruins of a 15th-century church that still boasts a fine east window and a well-preserved piscina. The oldest inscription is that to the memory of one John Walsh, who died in 1763; three other headstones date from 1790. A few of the older stones are too badly broken or weathered to read in full.
