Includens in altari majori reliquias S.SM. Martyrum Victoris, Agathae et Constantiae; in altari B.M.ae Virginis reliquias SSM. Martyrum Victoris et Gulielmi; in altari SSMI. Cordis Jesu reliquias SSM. Martyrum Blandini, Basilei, Bonosi, Bonosae, Celsi, Cleti et Christophori. Anniversariam vero diem, cum indulgentiis, ad Dominicam 11am Octobris transferri decrevit.

Note: Records the solemn consecration of St Mary's of the Rosary, with its three altars, by Most Rev. Michael Fogarty, Bishop of Killaloe, on 14 October 1906, naming the martyrs whose relics are enclosed in the main altar, the Blessed Virgin's altar and the Sacred Heart altar. Unnumbered.
