(Side 1) Sacred to the memory of Martha Lewis, daughter of John Grossley, Esq, of Halifax, England, the beloved wife of Rice Lewis of Toronto, Canada, late of Nenagh. She departed this life August the 3rd 1828. (Side 2) In memory of Rice Lewis, who died at Nenagh aged 84 yrs. Also his son John Lewis, late of Nenagh, who died at Halifax, England, Oct 3rd 1826 aged 61 yrs. Also Sarah Lewis, wife of the above John Lewis, who died at Nenagh Sept 12th 1815 aged 46 yrs. Also William Lewis, son of the above, late of Ballinasloe, who died at Liverpool Sept 17 1864 aged 58 yrs.
