Erected by James & Bridget Toohey, Silver St., Nenagh, in memory of their dearly loved son James Toohey, who died 7th April 1942 aged 16 yrs; and of his father James Toohey, who died 3rd May 1951 aged 73 yrs; and their dearly loved daughter Margaret Hanrahan, who died 5th April 1966, aged 58 yrs, interred in Wolverhampton; and also in memory of their dearly loved son John Toohey, who died 30th Sept. 1969 aged 55 yrs; and their dearly loved daughter May Toohey, who died 18th July 1974 aged 72 yrs.
