Erected to the memory of the Revd William Travers Homan, Rector of Modreeny for 43 years, died 26th October 1874 aged 73 years. Also of Jane his beloved wife, died 29th August 1864 aged 50 years. Also of Catherine Barrett, their second daughter, died 9th January 1838 aged 4 yrs. Also of Edwin Palmer, their second son who died at Madras, India, 26th Feb 1862 aged 26 years.
