Thanks be unto Thee, O God, for the example and memory of the men who gave their lives for their country in the Great War 1914–1918. Especially for Herbert Richard Hall Ireland, M.C., Lieut. Col. commanding Royal Munster Fusiliers, France, March 28th 1918 and of De Courcy W.P. Ireland, Lieut. Com. R.N., Squadron Com. R.N.A.S., killed on duty February 21st 1916. The Lord hath wrought great glory by them. Their glory shall not be blotted out, their name liveth evermore.
