Rev. Edwin Palmer

Underneath lies the body of the Revd. Edwin Palmer, for 30 years and upwards Rector of the Parish of Modreeny. He departed this life on the 11th June 1856 in the 76th year of his age. His daughters have caused this stone to be erected over his remains in remembrance of their love to a kind and affectionate father. Also his beloved wife Anne Palmer, who departed this life March 22nd 1857 aged 76 years.
