In loving memory of John Seymour, Monsea, Chairman, Irish Beet Growers Association and of Thurles Board. Accidently killed at Glenanogue, Borrisoleigh 13th Dec 1943. Erected by his colleagues of the Council of the B.G.A. His wife Annie Mary (nee Hogan) died 5th Sept 1978 aged 83. His daughter Ellen died Nov 23 1938. His brothers, Patrick died Nov 23 1935. Michael died April 11 1939.
