Sacred to the memory of John Hamilton Dundas (late Brevet-Major, 85th Light Infantry), eldest son of General Hamilton Dundas of Duddingston and Heathern in Scotland, who died Decr 23rd 1867 aged 62 years. “God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave, for He shall receive me.” Psalm XLIX.
