Erected to the memory of Mr. Danl. Ferns, Land Surveyor, Uskane who departed this life Jan 4th 1812 aged 40 yrs. Accept, dear shade, this tributary tear, this humble verse, thy brother's heart felt prayer. May his soul rest in peace. Also his brother Michl. died Jan 1816 aged 36.
